Return Policy

D|Focus System Inc. wants you to be satisfied with our products. If for some reason you would like to return your order, we will offer a full refund for 90 days from the day you receive your order.  

• You must contact us first using the Contact Us Form
• Provide the original receipt or order number.
• All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packaging materials, manuals, and all accessories.
• The item for return or exchange is sent to the originating shipping address.
• If you paid with a credit card, your refund will be credited to the same credit card. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
